Visitors to the glasshouses at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh during August will be surprised to discover an exhibition of innovative glass work hiding amongst the plants.
The exhibition, Grow!, is about recognizing the spirit of Edinburgh during the August festival season, and uniting glass artists with a connection to Edinburgh.
The exhibiting artists bring together established glass artists, including Keiko Mukaide and Jessamy Kelly, with recent graduates from Edinburgh College of Art Glass Department. It is the pilot exhibition by Pop Up! Edinburgh, a creative organisation aimed at creating non-permanent, site specific exhibitions around Edinburgh.See: Grow!
